Grossmont Work Training Center is a non profit, vocational training center for the disabled students in the Grossmont Union High School District. At the center, we provide a variety of assembly, packaging, collating and mailing services for many businesses, large and small, around San Diego County. How Can We Help You?

Our Program enables students, ages16-22 years, under the supervision of their teachers and aides, to learn workskills, become independent, develop self-esteem, and become productive future employees. As part of our program, we employ adult production workers who are here to help our students with the more complex jobs. Our entire staff works to provide you with excellent quality control and timely turnaround.

We have been in operation for over 30 years. Our 10,000 square foot facility has the space and equipment to allow students to work comfortably and efficiently. The warehouse has room to stock your inventory for on-going projects.

When you need help assembling a product, packaging a product, folding, labeling, sorting, or even doing your business generated laundry, contact the WTC. We offer pick-up and delivery on most jobs for a nominal fee, or you may bring in your own product. We are always happy to see our customers.
